Hi all. I just spent today busting my *** sound-deadening the rest of my truck, wich was a total pain but satisfying (it works).
Anyway, I went to attach a HiFonics 1600D to the back wall of my cab, and realized you can't get to the **** mounting holes easily at all. I was going to use self-tapping screws to mount the amp, but there's absolutely no room! The holes have about 1.5" room above them, at which point they are blocked by the rest of the heat sink/main body of the amp. There looks to be no way to get any tipe of drill near there.
I don't have a pic, but maybe some of you that have this (or similar) amp can give me some ideas- I'm at a loss at the moment.
