I'm not trying to ruin everyones great compliments about them, but I had a huge problem with them.

Bought an AVIC-N3 Touchscreen/ Navi from there, and after many phone calls and a month later finally received a POS sony head unit. Called them up, and they claimed no refunds. Had to cancel the credit card on them.

Were scammers for us.

agreed with above..i found a site where a sub was cheaper and it was all legit so i call them multiple times..i mean a lot!!!and then this one redneck finally answered i told him the site and everything and then he started talking to me and then i was randomly talking to him and he told me to hang on a sec then immediatly hung up..i was like wow..expected better. crappy customer service..they even say all phone lines are busy when u calll them out of their hours..gay....i ordered from them though once it turned out aight. so order at your own risk

DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

i ordered a Concept 2410 from them a while back. I waited 3 weeks, still didnt have it and then never responded to my phone calls with a decent answer. After i finally got ahold of them, they told me that Concept doesnt even make that amp anymore and they wont be recieving any. I told them I wanted a refund, they said ok. 2 weeks later, still no money but an amp on my doorstep. I look at the amp and it says 2410 on it. I look closer, and theres no option for SLAVE OR MASTER and the rca for strapping the amps were not in the amp. In otherwords, im pretty sure they talked to concept,m asked them to build the amp and they did, without some features, and shipped it out. This doesnt help me much considering I had a 2410 with a master/slave function, and one NOT with it. You choose where you wanna buy from.

I had one easy transaction with them but it was less than 30 bucks so it doesnt really matter. . . . i have heard high dollar horror stories
