i would pick up one of these and see what happens

the kit has been safe. has not been dropped. the ups guy handed it to me.

i was goign to remove the cover if the bulb lit up. but it didnt so i left it on. doesnt make a difference if its on or off

Ok this may sound dumb but it worked for me. Plug in the plug that goes into the ballast upside down. I heard that the japanese kits sometimes have flipped pos and neg. If that doesn't work you might just be screwed

x2 on what mr.imperial said that same thing happened to me i flipped the plug and it worked.

hah. ill try that out.

i think the guy who helped me install touched one of the bulbs with the cover off. if it burnt, how would i replace it, u have to buy a new kit huh?

i think not 100% sure but think you can maybe buy a bulb from the company. Some companys yeah id try to flip the plug first man.

i had same problem with one side when i first got mine, you can plug them in wrong, your headlight connector can plug into the ballast wrong, so pull it out, and plug it in the other direction

i plugged the wire that goes from the stock headlamp wiring to the ballast wrong, i had + and - switched, would not turn on, flipped the plug around and they worked fine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

Take the plug from your car (the 9006) harness and flip it. Basically put it on backwards and try it. I've bought 2 kits from them and the wires were reversed. I ended up taking a small flat-head and removing the wires from the female 9006 plug on the HID and flipping them around, but you can just turn the plug the other way to test it.

ddm has bulbs for $25 a pair, shit their cheapest kit is $40

jim and the crew are backed up, but you can call 858.565.1742 and they will help ya out.

Did you ever figure it out man. Was it the plug needed to be flipped?

i couldnt get the stock headlight out. going to get someone to help me out next weekend.

the **** alarms in my way now.
