Hey im new to this forum, my name is James. I own a mint 1988 mustang gt with some nice engine modifications. Now i want your opinions on what to do with my stereo.
I have a pioneer 4900ib deck, infinity kappas 5 1/4 in the doors, polk momo mmc 570 in the rear, blaupunkt gt x 352 (the only thing that fits.. unfortunately) in the dash. Hifonics zeus 6406 4 channel amplifier amping the doors and rears
the system rocks hard!... when the blaupunkts aren't plugged in. The sound mad good until like 49-51 when they distort big time, should i do those bass blocker things? i could give a shit less if all they do is barely anything, i just want non distorted sound coming out .. I also want to get a bass blocker (very small.. i think 150) for the kappas, the momos are fine i think.

sonic electronix, and an ma audio 1889i mono amp for sale, i dont want subs in a mustang, the guys are all making fun of me, so yea those are for sale for cheap make some offers blah blah
but i want to add to my system, first off do you think the bass blockers will solve my problem? i know i should have gone with a better dash speaker, but they literally dont fit, and im not gonna go ripping apart the interior in my 1988 stang, just not going to happen its mint.
I just ordered two polk momo mmc 690 6x9 speakers, i want to amp them, and stick the in 6x9 enclosures behind the rear seats aiming foward, just to add 200rms of nice sound. I am willing to spend under 200 dollars for an amp for them, its gotta be a 2 channel amp and i guess around 100 rms per channel. what do you think? first off do you think that is a good idea?
Umm sorry for posting so much, im not looking for the BEST BEST BEST system ever, but i do want a kick *** system, and *** of right now it is a kick *** system, just gotta fix thos pos blaupunkts.. and add the 6x9's
