If it's a two-lane road, I don't see what THEY did wrong. I know in Canada, when you're in reverse, rear end somebody, or making a left turn, you're at fault. Period, end of story. You should have been aware of the possibility of someone coming around (assuming it's a two-lane road). All the same... it's possible they ARE injured. Back and neck injurires typically manifest most clearly a few days AFTER the incident. Anbody ever gotten into a car wreck before? You get the most sore a day or two later. Same deal with the first time you go the the gym after a long layoff.
