Just something I can drive around town in. Get good gas mileage? Have problems when semi-trucks pass on interstate (some lighter cars have noticable movement off the road)? Able to cruise at 70-75? Quickly get from 50 --> 70 As you can see, I do a lot of interstate driving.

A azbass 5,000+ posts the salty ca.com mod 35,898 92 Long Beach, CA Aug 13, 2006 #8 if you want great gas mileage and a quick get up at higher speed id go with a TDI, which is diesel. but the 2.0 is a rock solid motor, with awsome gas mileage, but is no rocket, but a great around town, road tirp car. and good pick up. mine does great at 70-80
