Heres My Set-up...do I Need A Cap?

i have currently :

-alpine indash dvd unit

-(1) 12" 800w niche audio sub

-(1) 800w performance tecknique amp single channel

-2 6.5" lcd screens in the headrests

is taht too much electrcal stuff to be runnin just off the batter? if i do need a cap which one exactly would i need ...i dont know squat about caps so educate me

caps are bad mkaaaay.

if anything you should upgrade your stock alternator. 1F caps is ike $50, a new alt is like $150

How does the cap hurt, then? I only ask because my headlights would dim considerably with my system, so I hooked up a 1 farad capacitor and they don't dim at all anymore.
