herculiner on a box????

i am building a custom enclosure for two 10's in my 95 ***** Am. what i am wondering has anyone ever used herculiner bed liner on a box, Im wanting to try this. my dad is gettin ready to use that on the bed of his truck and well i was goin to get some extra and cover my box with it and possibly put it inside as well. so give me your opinion on this thanks.

Herculiner is a very cool thing for car audio. I put it inside the bed of my truck and behind my seat when I was in h school. It took all sound out of the vehicle. It would be fine to put it on your box and excellent to dampen your trunk with. GREAT IDEA
