Help!!

Hi, I have a ? I have unhooked one of my subs so now I only have one 10" sub left in, here is the problem I have a stock stero headunit, with my subs hooked up and amp. So when I try to turn the volume up it seems to not be as "Loud" as it should, sounds dumb but my theory is that since my other subs put so much power out that my hearing is numb since I have took out my other subs. Sound good? I dont know if it is anything major so if anybody has any input please let me know.

well if you dont have dual chambers all the air being moved in your box is getting out the other hole but if not its just that you are probably just used to hearing both subs. get both in again and you'll be boomin again

... subs? amp? box? is a 2 channel amp that you had both subs wired to their own channel.. and now the one sub is just playing off the left? give us more info and we may be able 2 help you

my amp is 2-channel, I have one sub bridged then I had my other sub hooked into the back of my other sub this is what the layout is, seeing this might help out.

I was just thinking the reason I hooked them up this way was beacause when I hooked them up each to a channel I got no base. It was like only one sub got the power and the other one kinda hit, but like it is suposed to do. The way I had them hooked up they slammed!!!

I have single boxes, can I port them? If so how? Would it be worth my time?

they r not runnning as low as an ohm as they were. so it wont be as loud. it's fine, dont worry. oh, and it's not ur hearing.
