I have a 2001 Mustang GT with the mach 460 stereo system. I pulled everything factory out and replaced all the speakers added a sub and amps and so on. I am trying to replace the Head unit and have hit a brick wall. I purchased the Metra 70-5519 harness to connect my head unit and its not working. The head unit only has the yellow (constant), red (12volt), black (ground), blue (amp/power antenna), it has a pink (back up cam), and orange/black (steering wheel control). When I connect everything color coded it does not work, it will only work when I add orange(illumination) from harness to red's it only works with the lights on. No other way. WHY
