Ok i was just setting my gain on my amp by playing the song "lost by gorilla zoe" and turning the gain up until the sub started to clip (on one of the higher frequencies idk how high tho) then i backed off on the gain a little bit and left it there. Now all of the other songs i play the subs are not very loud at all unless i turn the gain up. So does that mean on every song i play i need to adjust the gain accordingly. Its kind of annoying i want to be able to leave the gain at a set point and have every song play to its full potential or is that not possible? Kind of a noob, thanks much

First off you shouldn't use heav bass songs. Should use a dmm and 60 hrtz test tone You'll get between results Most of the new rap songs have the bass enhance and even some are recorded with clipping bass frequencies
