Ok. so yesterday I had a stereo place install my amp and subs. Amp worked fine 2 months ago when took it out of my honda. but know they are saying that the amp is getting a signal into the rca's but not out to the subs? What the hell? can i fix this? Amp is a alpine mrp-m350. Thanks for your help.

I guess you blew the amp somehow...

They want you to buy an amp from them. Amp may be fine. Test it yourself.

They probably want you to buy a new amp take a digital volt meter and put it to your rcas and see what you are getting also check the output of the amp on the speakers outputs.
