i installed my Kinetik HC2000 and i noticed tonight that if i run my lights they stay study the same brittness but when i turn my car off with the lights on they get real bright for a split second has anyone expenced this and if you can run out side to see what yours does but if i have a problim please let me know

Do you have a cap? Sounds like a cap discharging after the engine is off.

just an update...just got an email from paypal..and it doesnt look too good:"An eCheck payment from beverly taylor was declined by the sender's bank.
