help!

so i'm turning onto my road today and i put my left turn signal on then i make the left and it stays on so figured maybe i just didn't turn enough for it to register so i clicked it back to the middle and now it wont stop giving a left turn signal. has anyone ever had this problem? if theres any way to fix it i would like to know thanks

ps i was running two cvr 12's off a zx1000.1 i dont think that should have shaken it loose or anything i had that in for about 2 weeks until i sold it last night
