You better be a good shot, but then again, with a 12 gauge you don't necessarily have to be. Especially with a 4 inch barrel.

yes....

a flare gun insert is strong enough to contain the pressure. obvi a 12g in a flare gun is going to blow your hand and the gun up but not the calipers they showed. proven.
