i just bought 2 12 kicker L5 solos that rms 600 each and i was wondering what amp i should get that around $300, im considering a jbl 1200, any other suggestions?

What's an open box?

Since they are Kickers, I'd suggest you go ported for maximum SPL.

The 1200.1 would be good for those subs. If you can wait the elemental designs nine.1 would also satisfy your power needs, and do it with a little better quality and more features. It's supposed to come out this month, but it hasn't yet.
