Alright guy's i need help bad me and my parent's just got my sister a 98 plymouth neon i know haha rice racer but it was all we could afford and find cause really really tight on cash. but now came across a problem it won't shift into third gear until you hit 55mph , then once you go lower then 55mph it will downshift on it's own. any ideas? were going to take it to a ***** shop probably tomoro but does any one on here ever dealt with this please help really tight on cash , sister has to get back and forth to home and work and this is really stressing my parents out please help.
