i just installed a new amp(well new to me) 4 channel and i am getting a whine sound when the volume is down. And i hear the alt when i start it up. I put some ground loop things on the rcas and it stop. I finshed my install and would you know its back. I moved the ground think that was it but nothing it is still humming away. but my subs are not. Could it be this amp? i have a 5500 pioneer with a 7600 eq .what should i do?
