Help !

Ok so a live power hit a ground an zaped out my dash lights and ect.

I checked all fuses an the bulbs in the dash nothing is burned out.

I talked to the service guy at the dealer he said it might be the

dimmer switch that fryed out. Should i buy the new dimmer, does

any one have any ideas? Car is a 99 olds cutlass
