Best way to increase electrical system

I've come to dislike capacitors, so where would I be able to get a more amperage alternator, and what should I consider when purchasing a "better" battery? Any other ways to improve electrical system?

nevermind, i got off my ass and realized that doing a search would solve my issue, which it did. Larger gauge wiring, better battery. However i'm not sure were to search for a better output alternator for my car.
