would mounting two 6 1/2 full range speaker on the back fold down doors wall of my blazer and having them facing my sub cabinet, which faces backwards, hurt the subs sound or the full range speakers sound??

Yeah, that doesn't sound like a good idea. You will have the sound waves from the sub directly hitting the sound waves from your full range speakers. I'm sure that would result in imaging problems.

Try turning the sub box around. Also, you should deaden that tailgate if you plan to drive some power to the full range speakers because they will rattle the shit out of your tailgate.
