What do subwoofer warranties cover?

Just defects and stuff like that? If so, I might go ahead and get my subs off of Ebay because the warranty isn't as important as something like a CD player.

depends on the company but generally it covers manufacturing defects and what not not usually the coils or the leads or anything that you can generally ruin by misuse or overpowering.

Ask the retailer. My warranty covers everything including blowing them, but I had to pay for that. Some retailers have better warranties than others.
