Help!

I have had my system working perfectly well for sometime and the other day i took the amps and subs out so they didnt get stolen(car left in dodgy area).When i had put them back in, as i touched the remote switch to its terminal my sub started to move slightly. At first i thought nothing of it but when i started my engine up the noise got louder and the bass was shaking the car.when i turn the engine off it stops.Even winding the window up makes a bassline. any advise welcome..cheers

Ground loop? check that the RCA cords are plugged in securly and are undamaged.

Check the HU ground, and finally the Amp ground.

but its gotto be a grounding problem....check all the ground connections of your system

what brand is the deck? To tell you the truth I did the SAME EXACT thing, then expirenced the same exact problems. I narrowed it down to that I shorted out something in the deck, but it got fixed under warrenty.
