Help with wiring from amp to speaker

I recently bought Focal components for my front and Focal 2way for the rear. I have the tweeters mounted in the stock A pillar location. Since I don't have an amp right now I spliced the new tweeters into the factory tweeter harness. I'm buying a 4 channel amp, but I'm not sure if I'm going about this the right way. The Focal components do not have a crossover but have an inline converter. So if I keep these speakers how do I run all the speakers from the 4 channel amp because there is only one +\- on the back side of the mids in the front doors.

These are the ones for the front.

So in other words if a 4channel amp will run each door speaker how do I run the tweeters if there is no spot on the backside of the Mids?
