Help with tuning.

I have a Cadence txa-3004 4 channel amp and Rockford Fosgate T162 6.5 coaxials and a 10" Pioneer Shallow Mount sub. I am hooking up channels 1 and 2 to the coaxials and bridging channels 3 and 4 to the sub. I know how to set the gains but im not sure on how to set the crossover frequency and where to set it. I have seen test tones but not sure how to use them. And yes i have tried searching. Thanks for the help.
