Help with Time Alignment

I am experimenting with my tweeters position now.

But have a few questions in mind.

When you fire the tweeters towards the centre of the windscreen.

Do you calculate:

1) Direct distance from tweeters to ears

2) Reflection distance to ears(tweeters to centre of windscreen + windscreen to ear)

I need a base to fine tune and spent a lot of time in my car but cant seem to get it right in the centre of the dash.
