Help with system in my 2000 Deville DTS.

Right now I have a 2000 Deville with the factory Bose system. My upgrades include 4 infinity speakers in the doors, and a 12 in the trunk on a separate circuit with its own mono amp. I still have the factory tweeters and dash speaker. Anyway I would like to bypass the Bose amp, and install a new amp to power the 4 door speakers, and leave the tweeters and dash speaker on the factory Bose amp. What type of amp would I need? Channels? Wattage? Ohm Load? Line out converter? How would I wire it? The 4 door speakers I want to power are 2 Infinity Referance5032's in the rear doors, and 2 Infinity Reference 6032's in the front doors.
