Help With Sub Setup

I just picked up a Infinity Kappa 12.1d sub and was wondering which route to take with the wiring. The sub is a dvc 4ohm, 350w rms I believe and my amp is a alpine mrd-m1000 which does 500w rms @ 4ohms/1000w rms @ 2ohms. How should I wire the sub up? 2ohms? It's in a sealed box if that matters...

if it's d4 u have no choice but to wire to 2 ohm (unless u wanta wire to 8 ohm for like 200rms)
