Help with sub decision please!

I can either get 2 Memphis Mojo M3 12s in a sealed box for 160 (SVC 4 ohm, 400W each)

or and Fi Q 15 w/BP in a ported box for 200 (D1, 1000w)

my amp is 1000w at 2 ohms

which would be louder?
