Help with replacing BOSE!!!

I have 04 maxima with bose...I have replace the HU with a double din using Harness Metra Part 70-7551 ...I can have the hu on the max and it sound like its only on 15 or 20....So now im thinking bout replace all door speakers with polk audio db6501 component set and db6501s for the back..What would be the best amp and how do i bypass the boss amps...Thanks Alot
