If I'm not mistaken the AQ HDC recones and AB HD recones will fit that motor.

If it is the 3in konaki motor than I can also do it with lvl 5 softparts and as Corey mentioned it would require a standard 12spoke basket with an 8in spider landing. Rob a lvl 5 recone will not work for this motor because it uses a 8 layer coil and wont fit the tight gap.

i have 2 diff coils i use in the 9500G,hdc,konaki a bifolar copper 3.150" and 3.180 flat wound alum.

i also have ways to make the motor cool better...

Interesting...we have reconed many aq hdc motors with lvl 5 parts and a basket swap. Does the hdc have a larger gap.

maybe ur's had a bigger gap in a tss,9500g you dont want any bigger than a 3.180" coil in there...

they are designed for a lightweight coil and up the bl with tight gap to make it more eff and better for burping....
