Help with Ported Box Design for 2 12's

Hey guys, i have a pair of compvr12 kickers(silver) and i want to build a ported box tuned at 32 hz. Was hoping someone had a design i could use to build the box sometime next week.

The speakers say the recommended cubic ft size is 1.75 to 2.25 and a top mount depth of 6 1/4' so all in all im looking to get about a 5.5 cubic ft ported design tuned at 32 hz. Thanks guys.
