help with port tuning

Ok, so my plan is to make this box.

The only differance is I need to knock the height down a bit.

So I was thinking I would take an inch out of the sides so it would be 15.25 inches tall total.

the sides would now be 20x13.75 instead of 20x14.75

Would this affect the port tuning a lot?
