Was needing to know where i should put the slot port or rectangle port on a wedge type box and the size of it and length. I will be putting in 4 8" RE Subs which each need .5cuft ported at 32hz. Box measurements are WIDTH 55",HEIGHT1 13.5", HEIGHT2 4.75", DEPTH 14.25", Thickness .75, Interior Volume 3.00996 cubic feet

In general, you should keep the port within 1/4 of a wavelength away from the driver. If you have it tuned at 32hz, you just need to keep it within around 9 feet of the driver. This should be a fairly easy task to accomplish //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Basically, where you put it isn't really an issue.... just don't be stupid and put it on the bottom of the box, and you should be good to go. If you really want to get all fancy and scientific about it though, if you position the vent on the rear of the box, it will further eliminate any unwanted midrange leakage.

Alright, now as far as the vent... For the best performance, you are going to want the port to be square, 4.23" x 4.23", and the length is going to be 10.04" long. In standard terms, 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 10"

Good Luck!
