Help with my SQ build

Ok I have the following equipment to be placed in a 71 convertible.

Sony CDX 630M HU

2 12" MTX TC512

2 PPI Ax400

1 PPI 2300 AM

Morel tempo 6 passive set- Door (to come)

Pioneer 3 way - Back rear panels

Things I dont have TA I could use the ax 400 crossovers but dont know if it will give me the functionality or real crossovers. I would like to try and use my equipment and add pieces maybe a new head unit or a signal processor.

Doors are getting 200x2 bridged

Rear is getting 50x2 (not using the power)

Subwoofers 600x2 at 2 ohms

I was thinking of using the 1 amp to feed the morel subs 200 watts and feed the rear fill and tweets with 50watts each.

Talk to me guys its been a while since I have been in car audio and I want a nice sounding system well as good as I can in a convertible.

Carputer (is it worth it?) Does it sound better then a HU?

well since you already have the amps & speakers why not go active???

If you are looking for SQ then ditch the rear speakers ideal.

put your focus into having your sound stage in front of you, not all around you.

I really like the mids on those morel, but the tweeter is to laids back for me useing there passive xover.

Why Kenwood??

Computer?? is it better then a headunit, I think lots of headunit are starting to become little computer.
