Help with my GF's system

Hey my girlfriend is a music major and really wants an awesome sounding system. I'm not worried about loud at all just all SQ I was wondering what my best options were for subs. and i know this isn't the right thread but if you have comp suggestions that's good too.

02accord has image dynamics subs cheap. they are top notch sq subs. brand new in box too i think.

might want to go a little more in depth about what you want out of this system, too. Price limits would be good too.

thanks guys your right sorry for the vauge post ummm for the sub i was thinking just one 10" or one 12" because i still want it to blend really well I've got about 300 to spend on the sub. It's a ford escort so it's got plenty of trunk space for whatever size box. Just really want to make sure she gets the best in SQ and my system is more set up for SPL so I wasn't sure what sub brands to look for.

best sounding sub i ever had was a dayton titanic mKIII from parts express. its single 4ohm coil. they also have the HO and HF. i think all the dayton woofers have a 5yr warranty, or maybes its like 3. i think eD has 5yr

imo its pretty hard to get good sq in a trunk car, unless you fold the seats down it has a muffled sound to it. and the back dash is gonna rattle. its a never ending battle
