That MBQ is 1000 @ 1ohm...2 dvc4s= 1ohm...it will push the helll out of those PG's

so 500 per sub

gotcha, thanks for the help, made this process alot simpler for me, I'll probably order those subs either this weekend, or next, and then start saving for the amp and the wiring kit.

It's cool, I'm looking at two twelves in a ported box, with a 1000w @ 1ohm amp.

last question to ask, I'm looking at Phoenix Gold, JL, MTX, and MDQ products, are there any other companies i should be aware of other than those?

They are pretty cheap for what they put put.. Had a pair of there 12 sx's an it was pretty **** good setup till it got stolen.

You could do the se series. Or the sr series

Se will be at 600rms each an will cost 320 for the pair

Sr are at 300rms each an will be more around 250 for the pair.

Go with 1 sa12 on a 1000 watt memphis D amp. great power and sub combo. for right around 350-400 range. then you got 100 left over for wiring kit. my brother has the memphis D 1000 watt on an alpine type r and hes went through 2 windows and 3 window seals and many many strips of 3m tape for his rv mirror. lol
