Man I really dont think sound will be an issue with all the deadening you have already done.. Hell my gf has a 86 ***** am with a rebuilt 350 and dual Straight pipes that come out right behing the front wheel, run the length of the door and the tips turn out right before the back tire.. Man thats a loud Fckin car and its not deadened at all! but the system is still very prevalent over the motor/exhaust .. I think it will be fine with some nice amped comps, and ya subs

to futher explain exhaust.. There is more body pieces that are mounted to the door that come closer to the exhaust.. they were taken off for paint and repair
