Finally got everything together and just installed them today..

15" Fi Q D2

Ported Box tuned at 26hz for daily use..(might want to build a box in future that is tuned at 32hz)

JBL 1201.1 Amp

There is one problem with the set up I have right now.. It is that my sub is D2 and my amp is only 2 or 4 ohm stable so at 4 ohm it is only 787 watts RMS, and at 2 ohm it would be 1200 watts RMS.. I am stuck with 4 ohm load since the sub is D2 so I am working on selling/trading this sub so I can get another Q that is D1 so I can have it at 1200 watts which I was aiming for all along..

Clean the wires up, and it'll be a lot better. Nice box.

Of course.. I just got it installed just to listen to it.. Since I am going to redo the wirings with 2 gauge to distro block that has 4 gauge outputs..Then I ll be hooking up this amp and another amp(GTO 75.4II).. so no point of keeping it clean as of now.. And will add speaker terminal on the box since I dont like hooking the wires up thru a hole.. I think that kind of decreases sound quality in a way..

Also I will try to find a way to make an amp rack for the amps I have.. I'm trying to come up with a design that would look good along w the subs.. and a design that wont take up too much space..

P.S. My amp is set at 0 db for bass boost, I m wondering if I should mess around with it at all? Some say it is an awesome feature, but some would say it is a bad idea, it would damage the sub or something like that.. I m pretty sure that if I turn the knob up half way, bass will be a big difference, but I 'm afraid that something would happen to the sub in a long run..
