Help with MS Office transfer

I just got MS office from my roommate, and I need to know how to make it work because it says it is not configured to run on this app.

Anyone know how to make it work?

what are you trying to run? is it off a CD? is it the actual install CD? version, os, etc...

Its the actual installed folder from his computer. Its the entire MS Office folder. I have the whole folder on my comp,but it wont run

kinda figured that...

office throws files in other places than in the office folder & let's not forget the registry, component & dll registration, etc..
