Help with Kenwood ddx812 Tuning?

Ok I just got the kenwood ddx812 in my blazer today. It has tones of setting and I dont know where to start. I want to get the best sound quality out of what I am running. At the moment I have focal 165kf comps in the front and a set in the back and they are running off a memphis 300/4. And for subs im running 2 solox 18's with two memphis 4kw's. I know that the solo x's arent at all sq subs and all I want to do is keep those down most the time. I also want to add a center channel for the 5.1 surround. So some one could help me with this it would be great. Thanks again!
