I've seen plenty of IVA-D310s on the market and they sell like crazy, but what's the deal with the IVA-D310R and IVA-D310RB? I've mostly noticed them coming from places like Europe, but do they work in American made cars? Is it compatible? Not usually confused about this stuff, but I wanna make sure before I go ahead and buy one. Any help would be awesome, thanks.
