Help with Install (I'm a noob)

Hey everyone, I'm new here and I'm attempting an ambitious (for me) project. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

So here's my situation.

Essentially, I am hooking up a sub for use with my television in the basement. My question is mostly about the hook up between the amplifier and subwoofer, but I'll give you the other details as well.

So, for components, I have:

-Rockford Fosgate 10" Punch Subwoofer (RFZ1410) 4 Ohms/200 Watt

-Pyramid Gold Series Subwoofer Electronic Crossover (Model CR-66)

-Pyramid Power Amplifier (PB175) 240 Max Power Watts / 120W x 2 Channels

(I have two of these amplifiers, if needed.)

I also have a power supply that will output 25A at +12V, which I think is sufficient for a 200W sub.

I am thinking of a setup similar to this:

TV --> crossover --> amplifier --> sub

Would this work? Do I need the crossover? Is is beneficial in this application?

Also, am I even able to hook up my sub to a single amplifier? (Since it is 120W x 2 channels.) Would I need to hook up both amplifiers to the same sub?

Sorry guys, I am brand new at this stuff and I need some help,

Thanks
