Help with hooking up system to 2010 Altima

Okay guys so I'm going to be putting a system in a 2010 Nissan Altima, and there is no way I can get a HU in there without going double din or making trim panels and stuff I just want to keep the original Radio in there so what will I need? I've been looking for line out converts but can't find one.. Any help?
