help with fresh recone asap! 10hrs in

I jus put a drop in recone in my atomic apocalypse motor 10hrs ago. I jus got home and pulled my plastic shim out to test and make sure everything went smooth and there's a rub going on. Looking directly down at the pole I can see its slightly off. Its only 10hrs in what should I do to correct this.

You failed. This is why I don't mess with drop in kits. Way too easy to misalign if you don't build them piece by piece with the ability to correct as you go.

Crazy I've done handful now and never had one that sat **** eyed like this. If I push on one side that's rubbing it doesn't rub. Push straight down rubs

Prolly pushed off center while clamping spiders or something. Maybe cone is off center
