Help with door speakers

I was going to install new door speakers in my 2001 s-10 but the only problem is there is like no depth as the window track is right in the middle of the speaker cut out can anyone help me out as what to do like is there a special spacer or baffle that is made for the s-10 any help would be greatly appreciated

im sure there is an easier or less time-consuming way but you could always make some door pods out of fg and attach them to the door panel

or you could make a baffle from mdf...or get shallow mount speakers, or never roll the window down

3/4 mdf will space em enough. had to do that to my old 99. there is still pplenty of clearance for the door panel
