Ok so I have read alot of different posts. Some are close to my problem but not all the way the same. I have a 2000 dodge durango I have the factory speakers and if all durangos have factory amps then I have one too cause I have a connection that saids amp on it. My problem is this I brought a new head unit connected everything together right and hook it up but the radio keeps going in and out when I turn it up a little. Now here is the situation with my truck I have the factory speakers I have one speaker that has went out and doesnt work (driver side) and I just notice in the back in my trunk I found two speaker wires as if the previous ownet had a sub or something. I also can't find the amp in the location everyone saids it should be in ( passenger side under glove box). Soo with all this can someone give me a idea on what to do or check...thanks

that durango should have the amp behind pass kick panel. It should say infinity on the tweeter in the door panel if its amplified. when you say radio goes out does it lose power or just sound? does it do it on other sources besides just radio?
