You may have a bad coil on a sub or one ch bad on your amp possibly. If subs read fine and one of the ch are bad on the amp, You stillhave that option to wire to 2 ohm on the two good ch on the amp to run the subs
This will not hurt the amplifier as you are not using those bad ch. It will not operate anyways, but you can still use that amp on any good working ch.Ive ran a 4 ch bridged on a good two ch with two burnt out 2 ch for years and still works just fine today on that same two ch.. Ran a pair of 10s at 2 ohm

Make sure you turn your settings down on the amplifier before turning it back on, so you dont blow a sub..Go into Clipping, and you can adjust your gains and settings again/ re-tune

NEW INFO.

Just tried playing with rca cables and it seems when I pull the red out of any of the head unit, amp or the jumpers I have for my bass control it doesn't effect the one working sub. Haven't redone the wiring for the bad sub yet but it will probably be done tomorrow after work.
