Help with Custom Box for Clarion Z25W Subs

Hi,

I'm looking to run the new Clarion digital system in my 2008 Nissan Frontier (4 door) with a prefab box under the rear bench seat.

As these are new digital subs, I wanted to get this board's opinion, as I'm an audio new guy. Here is a link to the subs...

As you can see, the mounting depth is 3 15/16" and the mounting diameter is 9 13/16". Crutchfield lists the required sealed box volume at 0.412 cuft per sub. It also has a 5.375" mounting depth.

I'm looking at this box:

It has a volume of 1.2 cuft with 9 3/4" cut outs which is about as close as I can find to 9 13/16".

Am I missing anything?
