Plexi window??

How do the pros put plexi windows in a box? I have a general idea but want it to look super clean. Will have two x 15s on about 3.5k. Want to go big as I can to show off them phat booty's. What thickness and plexi or lexan? T nuts to secure? First time trying this.

Typically bolts and weather stripping, along with 3/8" or 1/2" thick plexi.

Was gonna do the same with my 15's with another designer...but never heard back from him again. Had the same exact idea back then you have now. Show off the baskets, mags, etc.

For sure. With a 4th will be all hidden and wanna show if a stained beautiful box inside.

Heres mine for a 15" Resilient Sounds Platinum. Used 3/4" plexi, Tee nuts, double sided tape, and weather stripping.

I sprayed the inside black with green and white neon paint

Here's mine. Top double layered with 3/4 birch, and then 3/4 acrylic so it sits flush and then a beauty panel over top to hide mounting hardware. I use cabinet screws and silicone.
